Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the date your order is delivered or in-person purchased.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories (For purses)

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns as it will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery/pick-up. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate your claim and resolve it promptly.

*For wearable items- If your shirt/hoodie/sweatshirt, after the 1st normal washing, is damaged due to a defective print, your item may be eligible for a replacement or refund after evaluation, please email Adinkraluv@gmail.com with a photo of the item and the date purchased.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation, please contact us to determine availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank.
